We’re looking for friendly, motivated individuals based in Australia’s East Coast / Sydney time zone , ready to make a difference.

This is a remote, full-time role working a rotating shift pattern : 08 : 00–16 : 00 and 10 : 00–18 : 00 , Monday to Friday (alternating weekly between the two shifts).

No experience? No problem. We’ll provide full training and all the support you need to succeed.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Customer Services Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our education customers, helping them resolve queries and get the most out of their iSAMS software.

You’ll be :

  • Answering customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Logging and tracking issues in our CRM system
  • Troubleshooting and resolving common problems
  • Passing complex issues to our technical teams
  • Focusing on first-contact resolution and great customer satisfaction
  • Supporting team performance goals (like NPS and response times)
  • Following our data protection and company policies

What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for individuals who are proactive, customer-focused, and keen to learn. You’ll be a great fit if you have :

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A calm, friendly, and professional attitude
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills
  • The ability to work independently and in a team
  • Confidence using computers and picking up new systems
  • Bonus if you also have :

  • Experience in customer service or contact centre roles
  • Familiarity with software or education-based systems
  • Knowledge of iSAMS, CRM platforms, or tools like Google Drive
  • Full training and ongoing support – no experience required.
