About the role

We are now on the lookout for a talented Interior Decorator to join our team across 2 stores, supporting customers at our Logan store for 3 days and Capalaba store for 2 days.In this role, you will use your interior decorating and sales credentials to help our customers bring their visions for their home to life. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will :

• Use your creative flair in our customers' homes to transform their space with our products, maximising potential sales returns.
• Create floor layout guides, digital mood boards and quotes as required.
• Ensure all customers receive exceptional service in their homes and our stores.
• Work with our Sales Consultants to elevate the Interior Decorator Service offering.
• Hone your product knowledge to increase store & staff confidence in the services you provide.
• Contact new leads to arrange appointments in a timely manner.

Given this role works in-store and at our customers' homes, you'll need access to your own vehicle, laptop and mobile phone (we'll cover your expenses). You're a warm, energetic and positive creative thinker, with the ability to inspire our customers through your innovative and fresh ideas.
