Job descriptionMinimum 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or government environments. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Dynamics 365 / CRM, Power Platform). Proven success in process reengineering, automation, and optimization initiatives. Skilled in requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery . Experience working with DevOps, CI / CD, and integration frameworks . Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, and change management principles. Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to translate technical language into business outcomes. Work on high-impact national digital transformation initiatives . Collaborate with cross-functional and executive teams in a dynamic Agile environment. About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-performing digital transformation team delivering enterprise-scale solutions across government and corporate sectors. This is a key role focused on business process excellence, digital modernization, and enterprise system transformation within the Microsoft ecosystem. You’ll be the critical link between business strategy and technical execution—shaping business requirements, driving automation, and ensuring delivery of impactful, user-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex digital transformation projects.
- Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications (BRDs, FRDs, user stories).
- Map and reengineer business processes (As-Is / To-Be) using Lean Six Sigma and BPMN methodologies.
- Drive workflow automation and digital process improvement using Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) .
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and integrated CRM solutions .
- Manage Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, stand‑ups) and ensure strong stakeholder engagement across all levels.
- Contribute to solution design, system integration (REST APIs, SAP, Azure DevOps), and continuous delivery improvements.
