Hybrid working options available.The opportunityAs the Leadership Learning Lead, youmanage the end-to-end delivery of engaging, contemporary leadership development programs, including digital and multi-mode offerings, that enhance the capability of CSIRO leaderscontribute to the design-development of CSIRO's leadership development curriculum and other leadership development and learning interventionswill be a member of a small, high-performing and collaborative team who are addressing CSIRO's leadership learning needs in line with CSIRO's strategic imperativesYour high-level duties will include : Using your in-depth experience applying organisational leadership practice and theory to provide practical and impactful leadership development advice to diverse stakeholders and deliver development solutions for different leadership levelsManaging multiple leadership development interventions including managing relationships with external partners and vendors; participants and stakeholder engagement, and monitoring program effectiveness and ROI.Using your ability, experience and flexibility to work effectively across strategic, operational and tactical work as needed, often with limited direction.Utilising your facilitation experience to provide organisational context and your instructional design experience as required for current and new leadership development interventions to ensure alignment between learner, stakeholder and and CSIRO's strategic objectivesDemonstrating your exceptional program management and coordination skills to promote, deliver and evaluate leadership programs and learning interventions in a fast paced environmentApplying your high EQ, strong collaboration skills and adaptability to navigate and support organisational change and challenge cultural norms.Role particularsLocation and office arrangements : Locations : Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart and Melbourne preferredHybrid working available and Flexible options can be discussed.Salary : AU$114,219 to AU$123,605 pa (pro-rata for part-time) + up to 15.4% superannuationTenure & work schedule : Indefinite, full time ( Options for part-time, job-share and flexible work arrangements can be discussed based on needs of role and individual circumstances)Reference : 10058 2As the successful candidate, you will bring : Under CSIRO policy, only those who meet all essential criteria can be appointed.Relevant qualifications and / or 5+ years' experience in Learning or Instructional Design roles, coupled with experience in advisory and / or managerial roles.A proven ability to manage portfolios of leadership and learning programs, including managing relationships with vendors and monitoring program effectiveness and ROI.Proven experience facilitating learning and instructional design of leadership and professional skills content to deliver seamless and scalable in-person and digital learning experiences.Experience delivering leadership development programs or similar programs to cohorts of 20+ people end-to-end in both virtual and in-person environmentsKnowledge of leadership practice and theory, and a track record of translating this to the delivery of innovative leadership learning solutions for different levels of an organisation.Proven ability to act as a trusted adviser, fostering effective relationships and ensuring alignment between learner needs and CSIRO's strategic objectives.Intermediate to advanced digital literacy, including the effective use of generative AI to amplify and streamline design workflowsDemonstrated ability to create impactful and original visual assets – including infographics, slide decks, and learning guides – aligned with style guidelines and visual design principlesDemonstrated experience administering and developing learning solutions within enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly SAP SuccessFactors, including course deployment, user management, reporting, and integration with other platformsA strong record in supporting organisational change and challenging cultural norms.For full details about this role, and other criteria, please review the Position Description.Life at CSIRO and flexible work arrangementsW e work flexibly at CSIRO , offering a range of options for how, when and where you work.
