With over 80 agents and associates—including 27 standalone agents managing their own teams—this is a rare opportunity to step into a fast-paced, influential role within a business experiencing significant growth.
This role is suited to a strong operator who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership. You’ll be responsible for driving Gross Commission Income (GCI) growth , strengthening agent performance, and recruiting high‑calibre talent to expand the group’s sales capacity.
