Opportunity

A leading independent property group is seeking an accomplished and confident Sales Manager to lead a large, high-performing sales team. With over 80 agents and associates—including 27 standalone agents managing their own teams—this is a rare opportunity to step into a fast-paced, influential role within a business experiencing significant growth.

This role is suited to a strong operator who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership. You’ll be responsible for driving Gross Commission Income (GCI) growth , strengthening agent performance, and recruiting high‑calibre talent to expand the group’s sales capacity.

The position offers a competitive salary package, including a strong base and performance‑based incentives tied to GCI targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 80+ sales professionals
  • Recruit and onboard new agents, ensuring smooth integration and early success
  • Set, monitor, and drive performance against key metrics including listings, GCI, and conversion rates
  • Deliver one‑on‑one coaching, structured training, and team development sessions
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and align results with business objectives
  • Manage recruitment pipelines and identify talent opportunities across new markets
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams on strategy and compliance
  • Track and report GCI and sales performance through CRM dashboards
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports and insights for senior management
  • Promote a high‑performance, supportive team culture

About You

  • Experienced in managing large, fast‑paced sales teams—ideally within real estate or a similar industry
  • Strategic and commercially minded, with a focus on outcomes and growth
  • A confident communicator and natural leader who can motivate and challenge high performers
  • Skilled in recruitment, coaching, and developing future leaders
