We are looking for compassionate and experienced Personal Care Workers to join our dedicated team at the Mayfield East Facility. This role involves providing daily personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, and delivering the holistic care that Fronditha Care is known for.

Fronditha Care is an award‑winning, not‑for‑profit aged care provider that has been delivering culturally sensitive and compassionate care for over 46 years. We support seniors and their families across our residential facilities in Melbourne and Newcastle.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care to our elderly residents
• Assisting with activities of daily living and mobility
• Supporting eating and drinking activities
• Keeping accurate, up‑to‑date care records
• Observing residents’ conditions and reporting any concerns
• Encouraging residents to make their own decisions
• Respite care – companionship and conversation
