We're growing and looking for a Credit Analyst who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about getting deals over the line without compromising on quality.

More Than Just Credit Assessment This role is central to our lending operations. You won't be tucked away in the back office, you'll work closely with our brokers, support team, and clients to assess lending scenarios, structure deals strategically, and ensure application accuracy.

About the Role : Assessing and analysing loan applications

Workshopping complex deals and matching them with the right lenders

Preparing credit memos and serviceability assessments

Communicating with clients, lender partners, and key stakeholders (solicitors, agents, accountants)

Ensuring loan applications are accurate and efficiently lodged

What You'll Bring to the Table Experience in a credit assessment role (brokerage, bank, or aggregator side)

In-depth knowledge of residential lending, credit policy, and servicing tools

Attention to detail and sharp analytical skills

Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset

Confidence in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines

Passion for delivering high-quality work and client outcomes

Bonus Points For : Experience using ApplyOnline, Mercury, MyCRM or similar systems

Background in compliance, QA, or lending operations

Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking
