Salary : $85,000 plus 11.5% superannuation

Our client Sia Raghav Pty Ltd operates under the franchise of OOSHMAN (formerly Manoosh Pizzeria Revesby), a well-established and rapidly growing casual-dining and takeaway brand offering Mediterranean-style pizzas, wraps, and sides. The business operates in a competitive hospitality environment and caters to a diverse customer base through both dine-in and delivery channels.

The client is seeking to sponsor an experienced and dynamic Store Manager. The Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of retail operations, including staff supervision, inventory and product selection, marketing initiatives, compliance with franchise policies. and ensuring adherence to quality, hygiene, and compliance standards.

This position is critical to the success of the Revesby location as it ensures sustained revenue, operational excellence, and customer retention—particularly important given the brand’s high standards and the director’s focus on expanding market share and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in retail or hospitality management, especially in a quick-service or franchised environment. You will be expected to implement operational efficiencies, manage inventory and supply chains, and lead a multicultural team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, control and coordinate daily operations of the outlet to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Supervise and manage front-line staff including hiring, training, rostering, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and company policies and procedures
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements to service delivery
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate orders, and ensure optimal product availability.
• Formulate and implement purchasing strategies and set competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality goods
• Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to meet revenue targets
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs within budget
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, including promotions and special offers.
• Promote marketing campaigns and brand promotions effectively
