Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Team Member supports store operations to promote a sales-focused culture and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store administration including cash handling, banking, transactions, data integrity, web sales, warranty claims, and enquiries.
  • Support marketing, promotional activities, inventory management, and expense control.
  • Manage sales channel fulfillment and contribute to a positive customer experience through team collaboration and complaint resolution.
  • Enhance store presentation and merchandising.
  • Improve sales skills and product knowledge through online and development opportunities.
