• Lead by example, delegate, coach, and build an engaged team to hit KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Steer operations with focus on customer service, inventory control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
• Support with visual merchandising, stock management, safety compliance, and WHS programs.
