Responsibilities
- As an Assistant Store Manager, you\'re Key In Supporting The Store Manager To Help Your Store Reach Its Full Sales Potential, Operate Smoothly, And Create a Positive, Engaging Work Environment.
- Lead by example, delegate, coach, and build an engaged team to hit KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Steer operations with focus on customer service, inventory control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
- Support with visual merchandising, stock management, safety compliance, and WHS programs.
Qualifications
Retail management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto.Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.Mechanical experience is a bonus, not a must.What’s in it for you?
