MYER is looking for a Personalisation Manager known as Engagement Design Manager at Myer who will be responsible for leading a team and supporting the development and delivery of customer‑centric content, audience, and offer strategies across Myer Group and its brands. Using a data‑driven approach, this role plays a key role in optimising engagement initiatives to drive commercial outcomes and ensure alignment with Myer’s broader customer strategy. This includes translating insights into actionable plans, collaborating cross‑functionally, and ensuring each campaign reflects a clear understanding of customer behaviour, value, and preferences.
