Job Summary
The Key Leader role is part of the store leadership team, impacting salesfloor team members and guest experience daily. Key Leaders lead by example, support Educators, provide an outstanding guest experience, and oversee retail floor operations using key performance indicators and metrics.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead by example, coach, mentor, and provide direct feedback to team members.
 - Recognize team members, assess performance gaps, and document career growth.
 - Maintain product knowledge and communicate through appropriate channels.
 - Ensure a great guest experience : assess guest needs, provide technical product education, support in‑store transactions, and promote omnichannel programs.
 - Resolve guest feedback and address escalations.
 - Coordinate local community programs and execute community initiatives (e.g., run club, day of yoga).
 - Collaborate with teammates to optimize guest experience and store operations.
 - Plan salesfloor coverage, maintain efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
 - Review business data, evaluate progress toward goals, and adjust operations.
 - Open and close the store following checklists.
 - Manage product presentation tasks, restock, relocate items, and meet standards.
 - Assign cleaning tasks and maintain the luxury environment.
 - Use in‑store technology to support operations and guest experiences.
 - Adhere to people safety policies and regulations.
 
Qualifications
Legally eligible to work in the jurisdiction of the assigned store.Willing to work a flexible schedule.Team lead role indirectly responsible for a subset of store employees on the floor.High School or Secondary School diploma, equivalent or above.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.1 year of retail / sales leadership experience (people management not required).Benefits & Perks
