The Role

Due to internal growth, we are seeking a reliable and hands-on individual to join our team as a Maintenance and Farm Support Worker. This is a full-time opportunity offering up to 38 hours per week, working between Monday to Sunday with every second weekend on duty.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general farm maintenance, including repairs of infrastructure, equipment, and fencing
• Operate a telehandler and other farm machinery safely and efficiently
• Assist with daily piggery operations including feeding, health checks, and cleaning
• Support animal welfare practices and follow biosecurity protocols
• Transport feed or equipment using a Heavy Combination (HC) vehicle as required
• Monitor and maintain facilities to ensure a safe and clean working environment
• Collaborate with the farm management and livestock teams to support day-to-day operations
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime

About You

Applicants for this position will be required to undertake pre-employment screening tests including a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol test. Proof of eligibility to work is required for all successful applicants
