Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join a national network transformation project. You will serve as the escalation point for complex network and security issues, providing technical leadership and ensuring the reliable delivery of secure connectivity solutions across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

Support implementation and optimisation of Fortinet SD-WAN, FortiGate firewalls, and FortiSASE environments.
Configure and troubleshoot Azure networking components including Network Virtual Appliances (NVA), Virtual WAN, and secure VPN connectivity.
Develop detailed network diagrams, documentation, and data flow maps.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain service stability.

Skills & Experience

Strong background in Azure Cloud Infrastructure and enterprise networking.

Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to produce detailed technical documentation.

Fortinet (NSE4–NSE7) and / or Azure certifications highly regarded.

Must be an Australian Citizen (Baseline clearance or ability to obtain required).
