Senior Manager – Claims (Specialty Health & Injury Claims)

We’re working with a top-tier insurer looking for a claims technical leader role in Brisbane to launch a new Specialty Health & Injury Claims product and build the team that will deliver and manage it.

What you’ll do

Lead the implementation of a new Specialty claims product

Develop and embed scalable, efficient claims processes and workflows

Partner with product, operations, and tech teams to uplift claims capabilities (no coding required)

Build, coach, and lead a high-performing claims team

Drive innovation while keeping customer experience front and centre

What you’ll bring

Deep technical expertise in claims processing

Experience leading claims transformation and process improvement initiatives

Strong understanding of claims systems, automation, and data from a business lens, not a technology based one.

Proven leadership and change delivery skills in a fast-paced environment

A genuine passion for building great teams and delivering great outcomes
