Employment details
Permanent part-time opportunity, 30 hours per fortnight at our Rockingham Services Centre. Salary packing (up to $18,550), leave loading (17.5%) and other incentives.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and support outreach activities that promote social connection and engagement.
- Assist the Kitchen Supervisor in preparing and serving meals, ensuring a welcoming dining experience.
- Deliver exceptional service with a strong focus on enhancing the client experience.
- Follow individual care plans to meet each client’s unique needs and preferences.
- Provide mobility assistance to support safe and comfortable movement.
- Stay attuned to emotional and physical needs, ensuring care is always person-centred and responsive.

Essential
A genuine passion for supporting people with disability or the frail aged.Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.Confidence using systems and technology in your daily work.NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).Desirable
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or a related field.Current First Aid certification.Experience working in centre-based settings or with people with disability.Why MSWA
