As the Clinical Nurse Educator in our Medical Assessment Unit (MAU), you’ll play a hands‑on role in supporting and developing our nursing team. Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and a passionate multidisciplinary team, you’ll help build confidence, capability, and clinical excellence in a busy, supportive environment. The MAU provides acute assessment and stabilisation for patients before they transition to the most appropriate care setting – meaning no two days are ever the same. You’ll have the opportunity to design and deliver meaningful education that makes a real impact. From orientation and onboarding to in‑services, simulation, and mentoring, you’ll empower nurses at every stage of their career to provide safe, high‑quality, evidence‑based care. Your influence will help shape a strong learning culture that values growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll also work closely with other educators and clinical leaders across the hospital to share knowledge, align education priorities, and drive consistent standards of care. This role is perfect for an educator who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in seeing others grow and succeed.
