What You’ll Be Doing

Join our passionate team at the Underwood, QLD, Dulux Trade Centre as our next Store Manager, where you’ll not only lead day-to-day operations but also be empowered to grow your career within a business that values development and internal progression. We’re seeking talented individuals who are passionate about retail and ready to grow with us. If you’re a proactive leader who thrives on coaching others and delivering results, we want to hear from you.

  • Managing store financials, KPIs, and inventory
  • Leading and developing your team to achieve sales targets
  • Championing outstanding customer service
  • Building strong relationships with our Dulux Field Sales team to drive growth
