We are looking for a talented and passionate Full Time Chef De Partie to join the PLG team at Peninsula Club in Dromana.

Located on Gibson Street, just one street back from the Dromana Pier, the Peninsula Club operates seven days a week from 9am.

With an expanded TAB, outdoor decks, two bars and great staff, the Peninsula Club offers the ideal location for lunch with friends or family.

What will my duties include?

• Maintaining control and leadership in the kitchen during service times in allocated sections.
• Assist with the induction of new employees when required.
• Maintain professional relationships with external supplies.
• Prepare and cook menu as per cooking guidelines and set standards.
• Work in conjunction with the head chef to develop and implement a menu.
• Ensure all staff follow safety procedures.

The role may be quite fast‑paced and require lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs.
