About K&S Contract Logistics Division

K&S Contract Logistics is a wholly owned subsidiary of K&S Corporation and consists of three independent operating divisions – K&S Contract Distribution Division, Warehousing Division and On Demand.

The exciting opportunity

Reporting to the State Manager, as the Transport and Warehouse Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of managing daily business and operational activities for transport distribution contracts and 3PL warehousing operations.

We are looking for a passionate and driven leader, not afraid of a challenge, and ready to tackle this position head on utilizing your great communication skills, attention to detail and industry knowledge. You will understand the importance of leading a team and will have proven experience in managing direct reports in a flexible manner. You will be a confident communicator, with the ability to build and establish relationships amongst the customer base and internal stakeholders.

  • Leadership & Safety – Demonstrating a strong commitment to the safety of all individuals impacted by our operations.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Management – Delivering cost-effective, high-quality service while managing key customer and client interactions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Effectively liaising with internal and external senior management and stakeholders.
  • People Leadership – Leading, managing, and motivating your team to achieve optimal performance.
  • Process Improvement & Change Management – Driving operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Financial & Commercial Acumen – Display through knowledge of financial analysis, costing and expenditures in relation to budgets.
  • Regulatory Compliance – Possessing a sound understanding of Chain of Responsibility (COR), WHS / OHS, HVNL.

Ideally, you will also have :

  • Senior Leadership Experience – A strong background in transport, logistics, or a similar high-level leadership role.
  • Inspirational Leadership – Proven ability to lead with influence, supported by exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
