Electrician

UGL Industrials have an opportunity for a trade qualified  Electrician working within our asset and facilities maintenance team based on a heavy industrial site in the Kingaroy / Nanango region.

This position is a residential role with no living away from home provisions or facility for non-local employees.  Applicants from the local region are strongly encouraged to apply.

This opportunity will see you join a highly experienced team with a reputation for delivery and working together with our customers to develop and provide solutions.

To be considered for a role you will require the following skills, experience and attributes :

Qld Electrical Fitter / Mechanic Licence

Cert III in Electrotechnology Electrician

Cert IV in Electrical – Data and Voice Communications preferred but not essential

CPR / LVR valid within 12 months

Nationally accredited Work at Heights – within 3 years

Qld Drivers Licence

Construction Induction Card

HRWL – WP preferred

The ability to work within and contribute to a productive, cohesive team in a heavy industrial environment

Please note a rigorous pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening would be conducted for short-listed candidates, and that the site also conducts random drug and alcohol testing on an ongoing basis.
