What You’ll Do

• Manage residential loan applications from pre-lodgement through to settlement.
• Prepare credit submissions and oversee data entry by the loan processor.
• Maintain hands-on client communication and lender follow-ups throughout the loan journey.
• Conduct compliance checks including income and liability verification.
• Liaise with key lenders (CBA, Westpac, NAB, Macquarie) to ensure smooth settlements.
• Use Broker Engine to monitor workflow, improve efficiency and support automation.
