We’re looking for a driven recruiter to step into a Team Leader – Mining Production role at Scotford Fennessy.

This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Senior Consultant ready to gain leadership experience, without stepping away from billing. You’ll lead from the front, running a warm and active desk in Mining Production while supporting and guiding a team of consultants to achieve success.

With long-standing client relationships and strong demand across the sector, you’ll be stepping into a solid foundation with plenty of room to grow.

What you’ll be doing :

Manage day-to-day workflow and team operations
Mentor and support consultants to achieve goals
Share your knowledge of clients, roles and systems
Run your own high-performing desk with a mix of existing and new clients
Support the Divisional Manager in team performance and strategy

This role is perfect for someone who :

Is currently a Senior Consultant looking to grow into leadership

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment

Enjoys mentoring others and lifting team performance

Has strong experience in white or blue-collar mining recruitment
