Labourpower is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Officer to join our clients busy Wetherill Park team.

The Role

The primary objective of this role is to answer and support clients calling into the office and offer a solution.

1. COMPANY

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will have responsibility for the following tasks :

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurate input of information into the database

Answer phone queries professionally & promptly with appropriate solutions

Liaising with other staff whern required

Investigate any issues or abnormalities and report to management

Previous high volume call centre experience.

Data entry experience

Relevant formal tertiary qualification

MS Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication

Knowledge and experience in software and database packages
