About the Role
We’re looking for a hands ‑ on Organisational Development Specialist to help shape how we build a high ‑ performing workforce across Primo Group in Australia and Premier Beehive in New Zealand. This role supports the design, delivery and evaluation of OD programs that span the entire employee lifecycle — from performance management and engagement to onboarding, leadership development and culture სან initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Organisational Development and partner with stakeholders nationally and internationally to operationalise people solutions that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement organisational development programs that are evidence ‑ based and aligned to our People Strategy
- Deliver annual people activities including performance management, engagement, talent and succession planning.
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs for Primo sites in Australia and Premier Beehive in New Zealand, ensuring compliance and a seamless experience.
- Conduct learning needs analysis for Corporate employees and build learning pathways that support growth and capability.
- Support leadership development initiatives, including diagnostics, interventions and succession planning.
- Drive culture, diversity, inclusion and belonging programs across the organisation.
- Apply strong project and change management discipline to deliver programs on time and to budget.
- Act as the Australian point of contact for Premier Beehive, ensuring alignment of OD frameworks and solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Psychology, HR, Business, Adult Education, Learning & Development or related field.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in OD or L&D, with exposure to performance management, engagement, leadership development and onboarding.
- Ability to design and deliver people programs end ‑ to ‑ end using evidence ‑ based approaches.
- Strong analytical and instructional design skills; familiarity with adult learning principles and evaluation frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick).
- Experience managing stakeholders across multiple sites and geographies.
- Resilience, agility and a solutions ‑ focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in diverse, multicultural environments and cross ‑ matrix structures.
