Our client is a highly regarded, Australian-founded global FinTech organisation experiencing strong growth across international markets. As part of this next phase of expansion, they are seeking a high-calibre Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision support at group level.

Key Responsibilities

Lead group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

Deliver executive-level insights, reporting, and performance analysis

Drive strategic modelling, scenario planning, and investment business cases

Partner with commercial, product, and technology leaders on growth initiatives

Ideal Candidate

Proven senior FP&A leader in FinTech, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments

Expert in financial modelling, planning, and performance management

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at C-suite level

Experience operating in global, multi-entity businesses

Commercially astute, hands-on, and outcomes-driven leader
