Job Description

Our client is a specialist engineering consultancy servicing the transport infrastructure and building sectors. Due to an influx of projects and growth within the business, this is a newly created role and we are seeking an experienced Office Manager / EA to jump into this position!

The Role

  • Diary & email management for the Director - you will design his day!
  • Events coordination & management
  • Marketing coordination, including liaison with the external marketing consultants and taking the lead on social media aspects
  • Design and implement processes & controls for the wider business
  • Site acquisition and development processes
  • Supporting the Company Director and wider team
  • HR aspects including employee inductions, recruitment support, managing leave
  • Office Management including orgnanisation, IT Support & trouble-shooting, stationery orders, events coordination

About You

  • Experience working as an Office Manager, EA, or similar - at least 3 years'
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Able to jump into this position and hit the ground running!
  • You will be organised to the max and able to jump across multiple responsibilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fantastic presentation
  • A strong team player with an excellent phone and personal manner
  • Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary dependent on experience, upwards of $80k - $100k + superannuation
