Guest Service Agent Reservations Agent Concierge

The Role

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a world class wellness sanctuary located in Fingal on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula.

We are currently recruiting for three key roles within our Operations team : Guest Service Agent Reservations Agent and Concierge. Each role contributes to the overall guest journey all working together to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.

Guest Service Agent

As a Guest Service Agent you will be the face of Alba and play an integral role in welcoming guests supporting the check-in and check-out process and ensuring every interaction is warm accurate and timely. You will provide exceptional customer service confidently maximise sales through soft persuasion and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Reservations Agent

As a Reservations Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests by phone and email. You will manage bookings with accuracy assist with enquiries and support guests throughout their pre-arrival experience. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail a guest-centric approach and a natural ability to maximise sales opportunities.

Concierge

Our Concierge team supports all aspects of the Sanctuary guest experience ensuring a smooth and memorable stay. Duties include VIP guest treatment room service delivery light housekeeping tasks coordinating room bookings and responding to guest requests. This role requires exceptional service skills efficiency and a genuine passion for creating seamless guest experiences.

We offer a competitive hourly rate superannuation plus penalty rates.

Full-time Part-time and Casual positions available. Weekday evenings and weekend availability a must.
