Overview

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving impactful change in the consumer sector? We are looking for a Strategy Manager to join this dynamic team, working closely with senior leaders to influence decision-making and drive business growth.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects that contribute to the growth and success of the business. You will structure complex problems, manage key work streams, and provide actionable insights that inform strategy and execution. You will also mentor and coach junior team members to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Structure and solve complex business problems, developing strategic plans that deliver tangible results.
Lead and manage projects or key work streams, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
Provide strategic advice and innovative solutions to address business challenges.
Extract insights from detailed analyses to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Influence and engage with key stakeholders, driving alignment and commitment to strategic initiatives.
Coach and develop junior team members, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.

Qualifications

Ideally with 4+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in a top-tier strategy consultancy such as McKinsey, Bain or BCG. Candidates who have gained their top-tier toolkit post MBA are also a great fit for this opportunity.

Proven track record of strategic problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Salary and Notice

Base pay range : A$150,000.00 / yr - A$180,000.00 / yr
