    Our client is a well-established and market leading civil contractor, they are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior / Project Manager to join their growing business.

    Our client provides their services across a number of industry sectors such as Renewables, industrial, mining and resources, transport infrastructure, environmental etc. and you will be responsible for contributing to the successful delivery of a challenging projects.

    Types of projects will include civil and civil components of wind farms and batteries from $5m to $10m up to $100m+. This projects will involve Footings, Services, Bulk Earthworks, Piling, drainage, reinforced foundations etc.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

    • Working on tenders
    • Planning and scheduling of construction activities
    • Management of site project teams
    • Quality Assurance, Cost and Time Management
    • Preparation of management reports
    • Resolving site issues in a timely manner
    • Liaising with key clients and stakeholders
    • Coordinating internal and external resources
    • Business development
    • Recruitment and mentoring of teams
    • Qualifications and Requirements :

    • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
    • 5 – 10+ years’ management experience on civil construction projects with a project value of $5m to $20m+
    • Project management qualifications will be advantageous
    • Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach
    • Proven ability to effectively lead and delegate
    • Effective problem solving abilities
    • Ability to resolve conflict and manage client expectations
    • High level of organisation and time management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
