If you have commercial cooking experience and are looking for a varied and interesting work environment this is the ideal position for you.The Position : Casual ContractIn this role you will work as part of a large team within the BRHS Food Safety Plan and the Healthy Choices guidelines to ensure the provision of a first-class food service to the hospital community. It is essential that our cooks have a good understanding of the Food Safety Plan and the special dietary needs of patients and clients to ensure a high standard of food and beverage services are delivered.
