seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to secure and optimise our Reporting to the Cyber Security Lead and collaborating with a Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider, you’ll drive compliance, threat mitigation, and secure digital transformation. Partnering with IT and business leaders, you’ll implement cutting-edge detection and response strategies, ensuring our defenses stay ahead of an evolving threat landscape. - Qualifications & Experience
- Must have 5+ years of experience in a cybersecurity engineering role, plus additional experience in various roles is a bonus (systems administration, or IT support). Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government) is highly regarded.
- Technical Skills
- Familiarity with SIEM / SOAR, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management tools. Working knowledge of networking, cloud security platforms, and backup solutions.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
