Project Manager

Level 33 has experienced significant growth and success each year. It has an established portfolio of residential developments across Sydney and Wollongong that is well funded and will be continually growing. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team based in our Head Office in Riverwood. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of our exciting commercial and residential property developments.

THE ROLE

  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and completion
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing strategies to address challenges that may arise
  • Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports to keep key stakeholders informed
  • Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment and subcontractors, negotiating favorable terms
  • Ensure strict adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations and safety protocols
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and procedures

ABOUT YOU

  • At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the construction or property development industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex commercial and / or residential projects from inception to completion
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management or a related field
  • Thorough understanding of relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards
