A fantastic opportunity for an experienced person to lead a forthcoming modern European eatery in the heart of Bridge Road, Richmond. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for great food, wine and people whilst delivering an amazing customer experience. The essence of "Hospitality".

You will be responsible for :

Management of an 180 seat restaurant (shared & individual dining, relax style of service)

Develop staff and build local client following

Setting and maintaining a very high standard of service

Liaise with our Guests, Director, Executive Chef on menu, guest feedback and service issues Achieve and uphold a clean, safe and hygienic work environment

Maintain accuracy of all cash and credit transactions

Lead by example with a hands on approach

Provide consistent training modules

Build a positive and productive team culture

Demonstrate high standards at all times to guests and fellow colleagues.

Require minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role - busy and fast paced restaurant

Previous Management of a team of 10+ staff

Leadership skills that are second to none is out-going, charismatic with plenty of personality and great communication skills, passionate about customer service working as part of a dynamic professional hospitality team!

Sound financial capabilities within all areas of the food and beverage profitability.

Advance knowledge of produce, technique and all things beverage.

Current VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol is essential

Strong focus on guest satisfaction

Immaculate presentation and grooming

Attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You are a hands-on manager and lead by example.

Flexibility with various shifts is required.

Most importantly, a humble individual who thrives on exceeding the guest's expectations through their genuine demeanour.

Your shifts include :

Monday through to Sunday shifts - we are open 7 days a week

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.

The busiest days are Saturday & Sunday and therefore please expect to be rostered on the weekends primarily

RSA - Must attain Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
