Superior Restoration Services is looking for an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water, Mold and Fire Restoration jobs as well as heavy duty cleaning from sewer backups, hoarding or estate cleans. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.
You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning / restoration. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team. Not IICRC certified? No problem! For the right candidate, we will train you to become IICRC certified!
Responsibilities :
- Perform production / restoration process per work order and project manager instructions
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
- Prepare rooms / areas for work activities
- Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
- Communicate openly with the project manager and other technicians
Qualifications :
IICRC certificationExperience in cleaning / restorationExperience serving residential and commercial propertiesValid driver’s licenseHigh school diploma / GEDPhysical Requirements :
