They strive for continually delivering excellent patient outcomes through their multi-disciplinary, integrated care approach and foster innovation from their teams to achieve this. THE ROLEIn this position you will be responsible for the overall, daily operation of a busy GP clinic including a team of medical administration staff, Nurses, Doctors and Allied Health Clinicians and creating a positive work environment. Key activities will include human, operational and financial management, continuous improvement, clinical governance & risk, practice development & promotion of the clinic ensuring that a high level of customer service is being delivered to all patients. THE ESSENTIALS At least 3 years of solid management experience within a medical practice The ability to utilise your sound interpersonal, communication and high level negotiation skills, appropriately "Managing Up"in a positive and productive manner.The ability to drive a successful, high functioning clinic / officeOutcomes focused and the ability to align the workforce to deliver solutions and contribute to strategic growth.Be able to form strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
