About The Role

ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company) is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Glendenning.

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth by winning new business and expanding our customer base within the commercial warehousing, multi residential, schools and healthcare segments.. You’ll manage key accounts, build long-term relationships, and work alongside a supportive team to drive efficiencies, innovation, and continuous improvement in our sales culture.

As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Win new business and grow strong relationships, expanding our customer base in targeted commercial segments.
  • Work collaboratively with the Area Manager and a strong peer network to drive efficiencies and innovation
  • Be a key player in helping our site grow and achieve its potential
  • Drive innovation and contribute to a high-performing sales culture

The ideal candidate will have experience in reinforcing steel, but a background in concrete, construction, or building materials is highly valued. You will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and eager to build meaningful client relationships.

  • Generous parental leave: 20 weeks paid Primary Carer Leave and 3 weeks paid Partner Leave for those who have worked at the business for at least 12 months.
