Role
This is a fixed term, full-time position until 30/06/2025.
The role is located in the Asset Information Management System (AIMS) Unit within the VSBA's School Asset Management Support Branch. AIMS is a central IT system being used by both VSBA and schools across Victoria and provides a live, single source of asset management information in an accessible format to users.
Reporting to the Program Manager of the AIMS Unit, the Senior Project Manager will oversee the delivery of technical support for AIMS to VSBA and school users. The role includes the maintenance and review of technical documentation and support processes in line with Department guidelines, as well as liaising with stakeholders to manage the delivery of system upgrades.
