Overview

You will join the IT team and help shape the firm’s technology direction, ensuring best practices and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable software solutions.
• Maintain and enhance production-grade codebases with a focus on performance, reliability, and continuous improvement informed by real-world metrics.
• Oversee sprint planning and execution across multiple workstreams, proactively managing technical debt, refactoring, and upgrades.
• Lead and mentor a small team of developers, fostering autonomy, sharing knowledge, and maintaining high technical standards through hands-on collaboration and clear documentation.
• Drive architectural decisions across enterprise platforms, including Azure, SharePoint, iManage, Workday, and Boomi; design cloud-native, API-first solutions that support integration and future growth.
• Drive adoption of technologies like AI and automation to enhance delivery efficiency and unlock new opportunities for business innovation.
