Executive Assistant / Project Manager
This role at Untitled Group combines elements of an Executive Assistant (EA), Personal Assistant (PA) and Project Manager. It will manage multiple projects in collaboration with a Managing Partner, ensure continuity across tasks, and reduce the need for executive involvement. The role requires the ability to coordinate across various teams, prioritise commercial importance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the areas of impact while keeping the executive up-to-date and focused on high-level priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Providing executive and personal support to senior leaders.
Managing emails and schedule for a Managing Partner.
Project management, coordination and administration.
Prioritising projects based on commercial importance, profitability, and overall business impact.
Maintaining consistency across communications, projects, and stakeholder interactions.
Connecting the dots between different projects and initiatives to ensure alignment between departments and teams.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Representing the executive in meetings and handling communications professionally to optimise their time and focus.
Coordinating and preparing meetings, including planning, attending, minute-taking, reporting, and following up on actions.
Preparing and formatting reports, business papers, and presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience working as an EA with Senior Management.
Exceptional networking ability.

Ability to minute-take and report following meetings.
Initiative and forward-planning skills.

Based in or willing to relocate to Melbourne.
