ABOUT THE ORGANISATION : Our client is a well-established, mid-tier accounting firm that offers a variety of services to businesses and individuals, including tax, accounting and business advisory, audit and assurance, financial planning, lending, and bookkeeping.

ABOUT THE ROLE : As a full-time Client Services Manager, you'll be responsible for assisting the Financial Planning team.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships with a focus on exceptional client service. Provide administrative support to the Financial Planning team. Manage and maintain the client database to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Prepare and lodge applications and follow through to completion. Implementation of client advice. ABOUT YOU Ideal Skills : Minimum two years of experience in a similar role (financial planning). Strong written and verbal communication. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
