ABOUT THE ROLE :

The Jewellery Group is a high-growth Australian company with upcoming opportunities for permanent, full-time Managers based in Perth northern suburbs.

As a Sales Professional in our brand, you'll be responsible for helping Mazzucchellis achieve its vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

You'll lead a team focused on values and performance, creating a seamless employment experience for our people.

As our world-class Sales Leader , you will oversee strategic client management, organizational capability, personal sales growth, annual clientele building, clever communications, and weekly planning. You will ensure the Mazzucchellis Sales Framework is confidently and joyfully executed on the store floor. You will be passionate about delivering the Mazzucchellis experience to every Perth customer.

While working with other Sales Professionals at our flagship location.

Key focus areas include :

• Delivering the best jewelry purchasing experience in Australia
• Leading a sales floor and fostering a performance-based culture
• Maximizing individual client relationships — a "business within a business"
• Understanding annual targets and implementing brand strategies
• Advocating for Mazzucchellis Brand Values

You will have a desire to be the best in the market. At 125 years young, our stores are just getting started.
