Workday Consulting Services Manager

The Manager, Consulting Services is a “go to” practice leader that provides expert guidance, advice, and development support to the Consulting management team and their subsequent team members. This individual will assist the sales team with sales activities such as orals, estimations, and Statements of Work (SOW’s). This person works closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Managing Consultants, and leads, and acts as a liaison between the Consulting team and executive management. This person will assist in identifying business needs, staffing projects, and ensuring that the work / life balance of our consultants is monitored and adjusted appropriately.

• Oversight responsibility for projects across the practice.
• Oversee and assist Engagement Managers and team members when needed to identify project needs, reduce risk and develop solutions and strategies.
