In-depth knowledge of fiberglass materials, resins, catalysts, and curing processes. Proficiency in operating vacuum infusion equipment and interpreting engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and quality standards with a commitment to producing flawless products. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues as they arise. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
