    • About the role :

  • Newly created Legal Counsel position reporting to the General Counsel
  • Work across multiple business areas but mainly with the procurement team
  • Specifically get involved in managing commercial contracts and supplier agreements
  • And from time to time : property employment corporate governance and privacy

    • The ideal candidate :

  • Admitted to practice in NSW
  • 3 5 years PQE in private practice or inhouse.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commercially focused with strong legal acumen and a proactive approach.
