About the role

We’re looking for a Content / CRO Specialist who can craft compelling stories, optimise user journeys, and elevate brand engagement across all channels. You’ll work closely with two marketing managers and the wider team, driving both creative output and measurable performance improvements.

You’ll be writing across a diverse range of formats - from social posts and blogs to website copy, email campaigns, and brochures – all with a focus on driving action and improving conversion rates.

Role and Responsibilities

• Create and optimise content across multiple channels including website, social, blogs, brochures, and more
• Own conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategy and execution across key digital touchpoints
• Update and maintain website content aligned with SEO and brand standards
• Develop both long-form and short-form content that informs, engages, and converts
• Collaborate with marketing managers to deliver impactful campaigns
• Analyse content performance and continually refine based on data insights
• Work autonomously, bringing creative ideas to life from concept through to delivery
