An exciting opportunity currently exists for a motivated customer service driven individual to join our Customer Care Team at Marsden Park - NSW. Please note that this is an office based role.

What we are looking for :
The successful applicant MUST have extensive knowledge in Customer Service, previous experience in the veterinary industry would be an advantage. You will be required to work as part of a team and be enthusiastic, demonstrate great communication skills and have an excellent phone manner. Previous Customer service experience is essential and only Customer service focused applicants need apply.
As a member of the customer care team you will be responsible for data entry, speaking directly with customers on the phone, and the occasional order picking and packing, stock replenishment and communicating effectively with other staff members and be able to follow directives.
