Junior Estimator

Their collaborative approach has allowed them to develop strong client relationship and grow the business to almost 100 dedicated construction professionals. They work across commercial, industrial, hospitality, and high-end multi-residential with the latter being a real key area of growth for the business at the moment.

The Role

This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Junior Estimator with aspirations to fast track their career development with a leading commercial builder. You’ll join a team of three where you will assist on tenders up to c. $40M.

A day in the life of your role as Junior Estimator will include :

• Assisting with the preparation of initial estimates and assessment of tenders
• Uploading documents
• Building relationships with trades and suppliers
• Stakeholder liaison and engagement
• Basic costings
