As part of an Impact Organisation, this is an exciting newly created role to build and transform as a growth career opportunity. As the Solution Centre Leader, you will lead a multi‑discipline team including Tendering, Engineering, Project Management and the supporting functions. You will lead the execution of the Solutions Centre business across the Pacific Zone, managing multi‑technology projects as well as driving transformation initiatives aligned with Schneider Electric’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Execution Leadership : Oversee end‑to‑end Solutions execution with full accountability for P&L, SFCs, Customer Satisfaction and Quality.
• Transformation Deployment : Define & Deploy the Transformation initiatives for more software, more services and more sustainability together with Global Solution Operations team.
• Talent Development : Prepare the Pipeline of the future, by engaging diverse pools of critical talent in line with market & business needs.
• Collaboration : Foster cross‑functional collaboration across Commercial, Segments, Services, Regional and Global Teams.
• Governance & Risk Management : Ensure that the Solutions Operations Governance is well deployed in the Zone.
