Job Description:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home and Community Care Worker to join our team in Valentine, NSW. As a casual employee, you will have the flexibility to choose your own hours and work schedule.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality care and support to individuals in their homes and communities. Your duties may include assisting with personal care tasks, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship.

Job Requirements:

• Gender: Female
• License: Full Australian Drivers License
• Police check: Yes
• Working with children check: Yes

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
• Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
• Administer medication reminders as needed
• Engage in conversation and provide companionship to clients
• Assist with errands and transportation as required
• Document and communicate any changes in client's condition to supervisor

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in aged care or disability support preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
